Responsibilities of a Chef De Partie : Take responsibility for your designated section of the kitchen during service Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard Ensure all mise en place is completed efficiently before service Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to maintain smooth kitchen operations Maintain strict HACCP and food safety standards at all times Assist with stock rotation, ordering, and minimising waste Support the training and development of junior kitchen staff where required Requirements of a Chef De Partie : Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a quality hotel or restaurant Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques Ability to work well in a busy professional kitchen environment Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality Strong teamwork and xcfaprz communication skills Good understanding of HACCP and food safety procedures Benefits of the role: Salary €35,000
