We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. As a Picker/Packer, you will be instrumental in ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on order tickets, using hand-held scanners to track inventory, and carefully packing items for shipment. This role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure order accuracy and product protection during transit. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all warehouse safety procedures and guidelines. This position involves frequent **lifting** of products, up to 50 lbs, and requires standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and require all employees to use appropriate **PPE** at all times, including safety shoes and gloves. Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or picking experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of warehouse **logistics**.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper **PPE** usage.
