We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our expanding logistics operations in Portland, Oregon. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. This position is vital to our supply chain, ensuring that our customers receive their products quickly and in excellent condition. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and systems to manage inventory and fulfill orders efficiently. A strong commitment to safety is essential, and you will be expected to adhere to all company protocols, including the proper use of PPE and safe lifting techniques. We are looking for organized, energetic individuals who are detail-oriented and have a strong work ethic. Experience in a fulfillment or warehouse setting is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Inspect products for quality before packing and shipping.
- Label packages accurately with shipping information.
- Receive and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper lifting and the use of PPE.
- Contribute to team goals and support other warehouse associates as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a related logistics role is preferred.
- Ability to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills for using scanning equipment.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
- Commitment to safety and the correct use of PPE.
