Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely.
- Move materials from receiving to storage areas using hand trucks, forklifts, or other equipment.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to shipping manifests.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery with proper certification and training.
- Maintain inventory records and conduct cycle counts as required.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to undergo safety training and adhere to all guidelines.
