We are hiring a Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio! This is a vital role in our logistics operations, contributing to the efficient movement and management of goods within our distribution center. You will be involved in a range of tasks, including receiving and unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, efficient, and committed to maintaining a high standard of Safety. Responsibilities include using RF scanners to track inventory, accurately picking items based on order requirements, and ensuring the quality of outgoing shipments. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area and assisting with general warehouse duties. This role requires the ability to perform regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds and the safe operation of material handling equipment such as pallet jacks. Your adherence to all Safety protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE, is critical. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Operate RF scanners for inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with stocking shelves and managing inventory levels.
- Perform regular Lifting and moving of merchandise.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Wear required PPE at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of warehouse Safety practices.
- Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in logistics or a related field is beneficial.
