We are hiring a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our busy distribution center in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be instrumental in processing customer orders with speed and accuracy, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as managing inventory levels. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic logistics environment and prioritizes Safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and fulfill customer orders from inventory.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Verify order details to ensure accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and order pickers.
- Maintain high standards of inventory management and organization.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety policies and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform tasks including consistent Lifting of items up to 45 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following Safety protocols.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
