Job Summary:
We are seeking a certified and experienced Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team in Columbus, Ohio. This role is essential for the efficient movement of materials within our facility and plays a key part in our overall logistics operations. You will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts to transport goods, load and unload trucks, and move materials to and from racking systems. A strong emphasis is placed on safety; therefore, adherence to all company safety policies, proper machine operation, and the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. You will perform daily equipment checks to ensure optimal performance and report any issues immediately. Responsibilities include:

Safely operating forklifts in a busy warehouse environment.
Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
Moving pallets of goods to and from storage locations.
Stacking and retrieving items from high-level racking.
Assisting with inventory counts and warehouse organization.

This position requires a valid forklift operator certification and proven experience. The ability to perform continuous physical tasks, including Lifting and maneuvering materials, is necessary. Excellent spatial awareness and attention to detail are critical. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, safety-conscious, and possess a strong work ethic.
