Job Summary:
Join our bustling warehouse team in Baltimore, Maryland, as an Order Picker! We are searching for enthusiastic individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, ensuring that our clients receive the correct products in a timely manner. You'll be navigating our warehouse, using order lists or scanning equipment to locate specific items. Precision and speed are key, as you'll be responsible for verifying product counts and ensuring the quality of items picked. Responsibilities include:
  • Reading and interpreting pick tickets accurately.
  • Locating items within the warehouse using a provided system (e.g., RF scanner).
  • Retrieving correct quantities of each item.
  • Confirming picked items against the order.
  • Preparing items for the packing station.
We emphasize a safe working environment. All employees are required to wear designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This position involves significant physical activity, including constant movement, bending, and Lifting items up to 50 pounds. A strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures is essential. You will be part of a team that values efficiency and collaboration, contributing directly to the success of our distribution center.
