We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our dynamic warehouse team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing customer orders with efficiency and care. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all items are picked correctly according to order specifications and are packaged securely for shipment. This position is crucial to our logistics operations, as timely and accurate order fulfillment directly impacts customer satisfaction. You will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing various warehouse equipment and systems. Attention to detail is paramount to minimize errors and ensure the integrity of outgoing shipments. We are committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment, and adherence to all safety protocols is mandatory. This role requires individuals who are reliable, possess good physical stamina, and have a strong work ethic. As part of our team, you'll contribute to the seamless flow of goods within our distribution center. Responsibilities include reading order sheets, locating products in the warehouse, picking items using scanning devices, verifying quantities, and packaging products appropriately. You will also be involved in preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging. Continuous improvement and team collaboration are encouraged. Full training will be provided on our warehouse management system and all operational procedures. We value safety above all else and expect all team members to be vigilant in their work practices. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required at all times. The ability to perform continuous lifting of up to 50 pounds is essential for this role.
