We are hiring a Picker/Packer in our bustling Colorado Springs, Colorado Logistics facility! This role is essential for ensuring that customer orders are accurately fulfilled and prepared for timely dispatch. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for locating and retrieving products from warehouse shelves and carefully packaging them for shipment. Success in this role requires a sharp eye for detail, efficiency, and a steadfast commitment to Safety. You will be part of a dynamic team working in a fast-paced environment. This physically demanding position involves regular Lifting and moving of goods. We offer a supportive atmosphere, comprehensive training, and all required PPE to ensure a safe working experience. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping.
- Perform quality checks on picked items.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of inventory.
- Maintain an orderly and clean workspace.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Adhere to all company Safety policies and guidelines.
- Report any issues with inventory or equipment to supervisors.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience in a warehouse or picking/packing role is beneficial.
- Ability to perform consistent physical work, including Lifting up to 55 lbs.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively.
- Knowledge of warehouse Safety standards and proper use of PPE.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Understanding of basic Logistics processes.
