Your responsibilities will encompass operating various warehouse equipment, accurately picking and packing orders, managing inventory, and ensuring the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the facility. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, energetic individual with a strong work ethic and a keen eye for detail. We emphasize a culture of safety, requiring all associates to adhere strictly to safety guidelines and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. This role requires physical stamina, including the ability to perform frequent lifting of heavy items and work in a dynamic, sometimes physically demanding, environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Store merchandise in designated locations within the warehouse.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Strictly adhere to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 60 pounds regularly.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to perform demanding tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
