Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Operate scanning devices or use pick lists to identify products.
- Verify item codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Transport picked items to designated packing or shipping areas.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized and clean warehouse.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or product damages.
- Comply with all safety regulations and the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse operational tasks as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Capability to perform lifting tasks up to 45 pounds.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and safety standards, including PPE requirements.
- Ability to stand, walk, and reach for prolonged periods.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Dependable and punctual attendance.
