Responsibilities:
- Assist with the unloading and receiving of incoming goods.
- Stock merchandise accurately onto warehouse shelves or designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, etc.) safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety standards and using required PPE.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
- Support the logistics team in ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep and other duties as assigned.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and logistics.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
