Job Summary:
Join our innovative team as a Fulfillment Associate in Los Angeles, California! This role is pivotal to our e-commerce success, ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and accuracy. As a Fulfillment Associate, you'll be involved in every step of the fulfillment process, from receiving inbound products to accurately picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced logistics environment, leveraging technology and best practices to achieve operational excellence. We prioritize the safety of our employees, and adherence to all safety guidelines, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the physical ability to handle a variety of tasks, including significant lifting. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick items for customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Label packages according to shipping carrier requirements.
  • Process shipments and prepare outgoing orders.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment goals.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven ability to perform tasks requiring manual dexterity and physical stamina.
  • Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Understanding of general logistics and inventory control principles.
  • Must be able to perform frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
