We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Order Picker to join our dynamic logistics team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking customer orders from warehouse shelves, ensuring timely preparation for shipment. Your primary focus will be on locating items using RF scanners, verifying product quantities and descriptions, and safely transporting picked items to designated packing or staging areas. This position requires a strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all established procedures. You will be a key player in maintaining our high standards for order fulfillment accuracy and speed, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Successful candidates will be physically fit, able to perform repetitive tasks, and possess excellent attention to detail. This role is essential to our overall logistics network and requires a reliable and energetic individual. You will be expected to consistently meet or exceed picking quotas while maintaining quality.
