We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Richmond, Virginia. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of our facility, contributing to the efficient handling of goods and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, accurately stocking shelves, picking orders for distribution, and assisting with packing and preparing items for shipment. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This role requires physical stamina and a strong commitment to Safety protocols. You will be expected to perform tasks involving considerable Lifting, often handling items weighing up to 40 lbs. Proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory at all times. This position offers a great opportunity to gain experience in the Logistics and supply chain industry. We value teamwork, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
