This is a crucial role responsible for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inventory. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of goods. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE correctly.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
