Job Summary:
Join our dynamic logistics team in Seattle, Washington as a Warehouse Associate! This is a crucial role responsible for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of inventory. You will be involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping a variety of goods. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
  • Accurately stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack orders according to customer specifications using RF scanners.
  • Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory control measures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including proper use of PPE.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency and logistics.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior warehouse or logistics experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in operating warehouse equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe workplace and using PPE correctly.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Must be reliable and possess a strong work ethic.
