Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick sheets.
- Verify product information and quantities before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently into appropriate shipping containers.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and box cutters safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized packing station and work area.
- Meet established productivity and quality standards.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety procedures, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as directed.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and support colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a warehouse setting is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand order tickets and product labels.
- Proficiency in using RF scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including standing, walking, and lifting.
- Comfortable with lifting items up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to following all safety guidelines.
