Seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for our facility in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our daily logistics operations, involving a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to order fulfillment and shipping preparation. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming merchandise.
- Stock inventory in appropriate locations within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor.
- Follow all Safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Awareness of warehouse Safety procedures.
