We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Associates to join our Nashville, Tennessee operations. As a Warehouse Associate, you will contribute to the efficient functioning of our distribution center, supporting key **Logistics** processes. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing incoming inventory, accurately picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. A commitment to **Safety** and maintaining a clean, organized workspace is essential. This role requires physical dexterity, the ability to stand for extended periods, and **Lifting** up to 35 lbs. We provide all necessary **PPE** and comprehensive training to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all **Safety** guidelines and **PPE** regulations.
- Support daily **Logistics** activities.
- Perform **Lifting** of items up to 35 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.
