- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to identify root causes and implement solutions.
- Install and set up new equipment as needed.
- Ensure all equipment operates in compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Collaborate with operations teams to minimize equipment downtime and support logistics flow.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to automated systems and conveyor belts.
- Ability to assist with tasks involving lifting up to 40 lbs when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate's degree in a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, Mechanic, or similar role in a warehouse or industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing various types of machinery.
- Knowledge of safety best practices in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
