Our dynamic Dallas, Texas facility is seeking a reliable and energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team! This position is essential for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
- Load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification may be required).
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working area.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.
- Adhere to all company Safety standards and procedures, including the use of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Engage in physical tasks requiring regular Lifting, potentially up to 60 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is an advantage.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to handle significant manual labor, including frequent Lifting.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of basic logistics and warehouse procedures.
- A strong emphasis on workplace Safety and correct PPE usage is required.
