We are seeking a meticulous Inventory Clerk to join our Fort Worth, Texas team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse inventory. Your duties will include cycle counting, reconciling discrepancies, and assisting with stock put-away and retrieval. This position is critical to ensuring our **logistics** operations run smoothly and efficiently, as accurate inventory data is essential for order fulfillment and planning. You will work closely with warehouse associates and management to uphold high standards of inventory control. A strong focus on **safety** and adherence to **PPE** guidelines is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Update inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Assist with the put-away of received goods and retrieval of items for picking.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock items.
- Ensure proper organization and labeling of all inventory.
- Assist with **Lifting** of inventory items as needed (up to 30 pounds).
- Adhere to all **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements.
- Support **logistics** planning by providing accurate inventory data.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Inventory Clerk or in a related warehouse role.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or WMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform **Lifting** of items up to 30 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Understanding of **logistics** and inventory control principles.
- Commitment to workplace **safety** and proper use of **PPE**.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
