Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Boise, Idaho. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. Your responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and fulfilling orders with accuracy and speed. This role is fundamental to our operations, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in excellent condition. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
  • Stage outgoing shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and organization.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all **safety** protocols.
  • Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed.
  • Identify and report any damaged or missing items.
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including **PPE** requirements.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and **logistics** of the distribution center.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform **Lifting** of up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse management systems.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to workplace **safety** and adherence to **PPE** guidelines.
