We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient operation of our warehouse. This includes receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory. You will work closely with other team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety are essential. Your role is critical in the supply chain, ensuring our products reach our customers on time and in excellent condition. We emphasize proper handling techniques and provide all necessary training to ensure success in this role. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse settings and a good understanding of warehouse operations. Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus. This position requires physical stamina and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We value teamwork and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stock management.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
- Commitment to workplace safety.
