Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments accurately.
- Sort and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick items for orders using RF scanners and other devices.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Participate in inventory control activities and cycle counts.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the distribution center logistics.
- Be prepared for frequent tasks involving significant Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center role is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic logistics.
- Commitment to workplace Safety and proper use of PPE.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks involving Lifting.
