We are seeking a skilled Warehouse Technician to maintain and repair equipment in our Indianapolis, Indiana facility. This role is vital for ensuring the smooth and uninterrupted operation of our **logistics** and distribution center. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and conducting repairs on a variety of warehouse equipment, including conveyors, forklifts, and automated systems. A strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems is essential. Your commitment to **safety** is paramount; you will be trained on and required to use appropriate **PPE**, such as safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing, while working with machinery. The role may involve some **lifting** of equipment components and working in various warehouse environments. Experience with preventative maintenance programs and a background in industrial maintenance or a related field are highly desirable. You will work collaboratively with the warehouse team to minimize downtime and ensure the reliability of all operational equipment.
