We are looking for dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our distribution center, supporting a variety of warehouse tasks. You will be involved in receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping activities. A strong commitment to safety, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming goods, ensuring accurate inventory placement, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing items for dispatch. This position involves regular physical activity, including significant lifting, and requires the use of appropriate PPE. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be a vital part of our logistics chain, contributing to the timely and accurate delivery of products. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and designated areas accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications.
- Prepare shipments, including labeling and staging.
- Operate material handling equipment as needed (training provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards.
- Participate in inventory control activities, such as cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and utilize required PPE.
- Assist in maintaining efficient logistics flow within the warehouse.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures and PPE.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive workplace.
