Our dynamic logistics company in Boise, Idaho is seeking experienced Forklift Operators to enhance our warehouse operations. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the warehouse. This role requires skilled operation of forklifts to load, unload, transport, and stack goods. Your dedication to Safety and operational efficiency is key to our team's success. You will work closely with other warehouse personnel and management to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment. Proper use of PPE is mandatory. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) safely and efficiently to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper placement of goods.
- Transport materials to and from designated areas within the warehouse.
- Stack and organize inventory accurately.
- Conduct pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Adhere to all Safety protocols and regulations.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including inventory counts and order picking.
- Wear required PPE, including safety shoes and vests.
- Minimize damage to products and equipment through careful operation.
Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience. Ability to perform manual Lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally. Knowledge of warehouse Safety procedures. Experience in Logistics environments is preferred. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent hand-eye coordination. Strong commitment to Safety and adherence to all regulations. Must be reliable and able to work flexible hours.
