Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for efficiency? Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility is hiring Picker/Packers to join our thriving Logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items from warehouse shelves and preparing them for shipment. Your precision and speed will directly impact our customer satisfaction and operational success. This is a hands-on position requiring focus and accuracy. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, contributing to the smooth flow of goods. We offer a competitive wage and a positive work culture. Proper training on techniques for safe Lifting will be provided. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders using handheld scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring proper labeling.
- Verify order accuracy before staging for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and contribute to overall warehouse organization.
- Follow all Safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Report any discrepancies or issues with inventory or orders to supervisors.
- Adhere to company policies, including PPE requirements.
Must be able to perform frequent Lifting of items weighing up to 40 lbs. Basic math skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with warehouse operations and Logistics is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to Safety and following instructions. Previous picking and packing experience is preferred.
