- Efficiently receive, store, and stock warehouse inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with care and precision.
- Maintain inventory integrity through regular cycle counts and stock checks.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (certification opportunities available).
- Keep the work environment safe, clean, and orderly.
- Assist with processing shipping and receiving paperwork.
- Adhere to all company safety guidelines and operational procedures.
- Support team members and contribute to overall warehouse productivity.
- Identify and report any operational inefficiencies or safety concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is advantageous.
- Physical ability to handle sustained activity, including Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Demonstrated reliability and a strong commitment to punctuality.
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and also independently manage tasks.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Readiness to use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without exception.
- Flexibility regarding work schedules and potential for overtime.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and workplace safety.
