You'll work with cutting-edge technology, including handheld scanners, to ensure precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately using RF scanners and pick lists.
- Inspect items for damage and ensure product quality before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, applying appropriate labels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse environment.
- Process shipments and prepare documentation for carriers.
- Follow all company Safety policies and procedures.
- Properly utilize and care for all assigned PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counts.
- Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, order fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Proficiency with RF scanners and basic computer skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, and perform Lifting tasks up to 40 lbs.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety protocols.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
