We are looking for a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This role is vital to our operations, involving a range of essential warehouse duties that ensure the efficient flow of goods and materials. Your responsibilities will include receiving shipments, accurately stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that customer orders are fulfilled with precision. Safety is our utmost priority; therefore, strict adherence to all Safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE, is mandatory. This position requires physical stamina, the ability to perform tasks involving regular Lifting, and a keen eye for detail. We value teamwork and a proactive attitude. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Stock shelves and designated areas with incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick items from warehouse locations to fulfill orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock checks.
- Follow all company Safety rules and regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Contribute to efficient logistics processes through diligent work.
- Perform duties requiring consistent Lifting of products up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial. Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Basic computer skills are a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is desirable. A strong commitment to workplace Safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills.
