Maintenance Director

Job Description

Mercer Manor Rehabilitation is seeking a Mainte nance Director to fill a full-time position in our skilled nursing facility. You will be responsible for providing residents and guests of the facility a safe and intact environment.

As a Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for setting the overall goals, strategies, and objectives for individual team members. Some of your job duties will include maintaining processes and procedures to accomplish company objectives, as well as verify that all health and safety regulations are followed. You will assure a preventive maintenance system is in place as well as procedures to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Maintenance Director will confirm compliance with State and Federal Regulatory codes and abide by the standards identified in the Corporate Ethics and the Corporate Compliance Plan.

Don't forget...

• 1+ years' experience in a supervisory capacity
• Building maintenance repair skills is required.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• The Maintenance Director will possess an enthusiastic attitude while contributing to the positive environment of our residents.
