At Good Samaritan Health Center, we are seeking a dedicated and detailed-oriented Registered Nurse to serve as our Minimum Data Set (MDS) Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our health center maintains compliance with federal and state regulations while focusing on the delivery of high-quality care to our community. Our MDS Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate assessment and analysis of clinical data to help drive interventions that improve patient quality of life and wellness outcomes.
