*Pritchette Physical Therapy *is looking for a full-time Arizona licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy.
*ABOUT US* : We currently have two locations in the Ahwatukee area of Phoenix, AZ and are a successful, independently owned and operated outpatient orthopedic company that has been in practice since 2009. We have been recognized annually in Ahwatukee Foothills Magazine as "Best of Ahwatukee" in several categories, including but not limited to "Physical Therapy", "Customer Service", "Massage Therapy", and "Personal Training". We have a loyal patient population that is primarily orthopedic in nature, yet is very diverse. We work with Athletes, "Weekend Warriors", Adolescents, and Geriatric patients. Injuries vary from post-surgical arthroscopic, total joint replacements, MVA, and we also see a large variety of other musculoskeletal injuries. Our staff consists of a team of Doctors of Physical Therapy, Physical Therapy Technicians, Sports Performance/Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, and Stretch Therapists.
*QUALITIES WE DESIRE IN YOU* : We are looking for a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy with strong interest in orthopedics and sports medicine and who has a minimum of one year of experience in this area of practice. Strong manual therapy skills are a plus. This individual MUST be a self-starter, quick learner, enjoys being busy, and has a *very strong work ethic* . They must be able to work well in a multi-disciplinary team environment. Personality is a MUST, it is imperative that they have strong interpersonal and OVER THE TOP customer service skills as we pride ourselves on providing superior customer service. Need to be in good standing with all professional associations and certifying bodies.

*WHAT WE OFFER:* - Generous starting salary based on experience, along with a sign on bonus.
Health Insurance Plan, 401K with 5% employer match, annual continuing education allowance, supplemental health insurance package, pet insurance package, professional license and malpractice premium reimbursement.
Reasonable Work hours: 32-35 working hours/per week, three 8hr days, with 2 hour lunches, and two 4 hr days.
