Contracts Manager, Roofing - Leinster

Design Build Search are working closely with Irelands leading roofing and Asbestos removal company. Due to phenomenal growth across the Leinster region, they have an opening for a contracts Manager. This is an exciting opportunity which will offer structured progression to the right individual. This is a client facing role which will require travel between sites and clients. The Contracts Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, profitable and well-organised delivery of Gravity’s contracts across two core business areas.

• Proven experience managing construction contracts end-to-end (preferably specialist contracting).
• Extensive experience in the roofing and asbestos sector.
• Strong site operations capability: programme planning, sequencing, logistics and coordination.
• Strong stakeholder management (clients, subcontractors, third parties).
• High standards of documentation, communication and follow-through.
• Comfortable working inside a structured system (JobLogic or similar) and driving adoption.

• Support the tender/commercial team where required with practical site assessment, programme input, prelim planning and delivery methodology.
• Take ownership of delivery once awarded: mobilisation, scheduling, stakeholder management, resourcing, compliance, quality, reporting and close-out.
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties (clients, principal contractors, analysts/certifiers, HSA, subcontractors, suppliers).
• Drive JobLogic adoption: jobs must be run through the platform with proper documentation, QA/QC records, and controls. xcfaprz
• Maintain high standards in safety, quality, programme, communication and commercial control across domestic asbestos, commercial asbestos and roofing contracts.
