Mandatory skills:

• Risk Management skills including mitigation strategies specific to ensuring safe use of AI i.e. bias, data security.
• Strong understanding of enterprise identity and access management, including Entra ID (Azure AD) and role based access control
• Demonstrated experience working within regulated environments, applying AI governance, privacy, and data protection principles
• Knowledge or experience in one of the following: ML models, NLP, Computer vision, GenAI.
• Understanding data pipelines, MLOps, data governance, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• AI/ML certifications from AWS, Google, Microsoft, or specialised AI ethics certifications.

Desired Skills:

Experience of design and delivery of Microsoft Copilot solutions in a complex, high-impact and fast-paced regulated enterprise environment

JOB Description:

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, including Copilot Agents and their operation within Microsoft 365 service and security boundaries
• Proven experience designing and delivering custom Copilot Agents using Copilot Studio
• Advanced prompt engineering skills for enterprise use, including reliability, consistency, and risk mitigation.
• Microsoft Power Apps proven experience and qualifications. xcfaprz
• experience working with AI, including a strong awareness of regulatory frameworks (i.e. GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Strong architectural understanding of Azure AI services used in conjunction with Copilot Agents, including Azure OpenAI and Cognitive Services
