Tax Manager

We are looking to hire a Tax Manager or Assistant Manager to join our Employment Tax & Global Mobility Services (ET & GMS) team within our Tax Advisory Services division in Dublin. This is a hybrid role offering exposure to domestic and international clients, with the opportunity to specialise in employment taxes and global mobility matters.

• Experience in employment taxes and global mobility matters, including:
  
• Experience reviewing personal tax returns for internationally mobile employees
  
• Client-facing experience in a tax team
  
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines
  
• Strong communication skills and team player mentality
  
• Driven, ambitious, and committed to continuous personal and professional development

• Advising clients on employment taxes, global mobility, and social security matters
  
• Managing end-to-end compliance and advisory work for domestic and international clients
  
• Leading or supporting projects for cross-border assignees, including A1/CoC applications, SARP, share schemes, and other mobility matters
  
• Working closely with senior management to develop both technical and commercial expertise
  
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

• Coordinating services across departments to provide integrated xcfaprz client solutions
  
• Contributing to team-wide training initiatives and knowledge sharing
  
• Supporting business development activities, including proposals and pitches
