Responsibilities:
- Unload and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Scan and sort merchandise, placing it in the correct storage locations.
- Pick items for customer orders using electronic devices.
- Assemble and package products for shipment, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management tasks.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all Safety protocols.
- Wear appropriate PPE at all times.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is desirable.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring significant physical exertion, including frequent Lifting of up to 40 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Understanding of logistics principles and warehouse workflows.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and following procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts.
