We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our state-of-the-art facility in Salt Lake City, Utah! In this critical role, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, playing a key part in our overall logistics operations. Your duties will include picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, and dedicated to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using pick lists or RF scanners.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
- Stock received merchandise in designated warehouse locations.
- Prepare orders for shipping, including labeling and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
- Contribute to the smooth functioning of our Logistics and fulfillment processes.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or a similar role is an advantage.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Knowledge of safe warehouse operating procedures.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE as required.
