Salary:
- Unqualified: Base salary of £24,604.58, earning up to £32,348.58 with sleep-in shifts.
- Qualified: Base salary of £27,107.08, earning up to £34,851.08 with sleep-in shifts.
Location: Poole
Hours: Shift pattern on rotation

We are on the lookout for passionate Residential Support Workers to join our team in Poole. Here, you will be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that values your individuality. Our staff are trained in 'Developmental Trauma' and therapeutic parenting, equipping you to provide the best possible support to our young people.
Main Duties and Requirements:- Experience working with children and young people, with an understanding of the challenges they face.
- Flexibility to work 7 x 24-hour shifts, including sleep-ins, on a 3-week rotation (09:00 AM - 09:30 AM the following day).
- Commitment to promoting, safeguarding, and protecting the welfare of our young people.
- Ability to establish and maintain positive, trusting relationships with our young people.
- Team player who can accept direction and guidance.
- Encouragement of individual interests and development of our young people.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- A full UK driving licence and car for travel purposes.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- A willingness to learn and grow.
- Experience with Emotional Behavioral Disorder, Social/Residential Work, or Youth Work is advantageous.
- A sleep-in allowance of £64 per night.
- Up to 6 weeks of holiday per year.
