Position: Level 3 Practitioner
Hours: 40 hours - 4.5 days per week
Salary: £13.01 per hour

We are looking for a passionate Level 3 Practitioner to join our dedicated team on a permanent basis. You will be part of a nurturing environment that caters to children from 0-5 years, as well as an out-of-school club for children up to 12 years. Depending on your strengths, you will either work with our youngest learners or support preschool and out-of-school club children.

Your Role: Key Responsibilities- Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences tailored to children's age and development.
- Ensure compliance with the statutory framework for the EYFS.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the nursery.
- Support the smooth running of the nursery and ensure the safety and wellbeing of children, staff, and families.
- Foster professional relationships and report any concerns in line with company policy.
- Implement a strong key person approach to help children form secure attachments.
- Participate in regular team meetings to stay updated on key priorities and policies.
- Essential: Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- Essential: Fluent in written and spoken English
- Desirable: Over 1 year of experience in Early Years
- Desirable: Knowledge of the Statutory framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements
