Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order sheets.
- Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
- Package items securely and efficiently for shipping, using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for transit.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory and order progress.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Contribute to overall team success in logistics and order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a picker/packer or in a similar warehouse role is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and use PPE.
