We are seeking enthusiastic Warehouse Workers to join our team in San Francisco, California. This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of our logistics hub. As a Warehouse Worker, you will perform a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking goods, picking and packing orders, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Your efforts will directly impact our ability to meet customer demands and ensure the smooth flow of products through our supply chain. We are committed to workplace safety and provide comprehensive training on all equipment and procedures, including the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring proper weight distribution and securing of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse, including sweeping floors and organizing workstations.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stocktaking.
- Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to perform consistent physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of safety practices and the importance of wearing PPE.
- Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to showing up for shifts.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
