Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using provided tools.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for shipping.
- Verify order details against items picked.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments.
- Stock received inventory in designated locations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper handling and reporting.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
- Follow all safety guidelines, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to meet daily fulfillment goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including PPE usage.
