You will work closely with our warehouse operations team to guarantee that all orders are processed correctly and dispatched on time. Key duties involve generating shipping labels, verifying shipment contents against orders, scheduling carrier pickups, and maintaining accurate shipping records. While the role is primarily administrative, some light physical tasks may be involved, such as preparing packages and occasional Lifting of items up to 25 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Create and print shipping labels and related documents.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment preparation.
- Schedule and coordinate with shipping carriers.
- Maintain comprehensive shipping logs and records.
- Communicate shipment details and updates to relevant teams.
- Ensure packages are correctly labeled and ready for transit.
- Follow all Safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
- Assist with packing and preparation of shipments, including occasional Lifting.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or administrative roles.
- Proficiency with shipping software and general computer applications.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse Safety procedures.
- Ability to perform light physical duties, including occasional Lifting.
