Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders.
- Inspect goods for any damage or defects before packing.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product safety during transit.
- Label packages correctly and prepare them for shipping.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your workstation and the warehouse.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, if applicable).
- Track inventory movements using scanning devices.
- Meet established performance metrics for speed and accuracy.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Participate in team efforts to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for an entire shift.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Commitment to workplace safety and ability to follow instructions regarding PPE.
