Job Summary:
Our warehouse in Boise, Idaho, is seeking a diligent Order Picker to join our operations. In this role, you will be instrumental in accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that the right products are picked with the correct quantities, directly impacting our logistics efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our warehouse management system, utilizing scanning devices to locate and retrieve items. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key duties include:
  • Interpreting pick lists and order information.
  • Navigating the warehouse to find specified items.
  • Accurately picking products using handheld scanners.
  • Verifying product information and quantities.
  • Consolidating picked items for the next stage of fulfillment.
Maintaining a safe work environment is paramount. All employees must adhere to strict safety guidelines and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The role demands physical stamina, including regular bending, walking, and Lifting items weighing up to 50 pounds.
