As a Warehouse Associate, you will be involved in a range of essential tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. This role is fundamental to our logistics success and requires a dedicated, hardworking individual with a strong focus on safety and efficiency. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and into designated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Operate manual material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Perform inventory counts and assist in maintaining accurate stock records.
- Identify and report any damaged goods, discrepancies, or safety hazards.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational targets.
- Support overall logistics and distribution activities as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is beneficial.
- Ability to read and understand instructions and product labels.
- Good organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift.
- Must be capable of performing lifting tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Commitment to safety and adherence to all warehouse safety regulations.
- Familiarity with basic logistics principles is a plus.
